Villa per Noi
Private house
Residential
The 1940s villa in Liguria has been transformed by 967arch from a holiday home into a permanent residence, blending historical memory with renewal. Completed in June 2024, the project expanded the convivial spaces, created new private areas, and enhanced natural light through larger openings. The original furnishings, masterfully restored, interact with contemporary elements, such as the fluted mahogany wainscoting that unifies the master bedroom, kitchen, and bathrooms. Unique details, like the Chinese silk wardrobe in the noble corridor, inspire the color palette.
The outdoor spaces echo Ligurian terracing with Istrian stone, wooden cubes made from railway sleepers, and corten steel details, preserving the original garden. The façade combines luminous plaster with dry-laid stone walls, maintaining a strong connection with the local context. “Villa per Noi” embodies a perfect balance of history, design, and innovation, celebrating the region with a timeless style.
