Merlino is a hybrid seat, both a pouf and a small armchair, that plays with the ideas of transformability and softness, combining an essential yet distinctive aesthetic. Its compact, rounded volume is completed by a padded element that, depending on the configuration, becomes an ergonomic handle, a back support, or an armrest.

The project stems from the idea of a dynamic piece of furniture, capable of adapting to different contexts and needs. Merlino functions as an informal seat, a support surface, or a small sculptural object that invites interaction. Designed for the contract sector, its textile upholstery enhances the sense of softness, while the chromatic contrast between surfaces emphasizes the lightness of its graphic gesture.
