WPP Campus Milano

Space Planning

The site is part of an existing complex of light industrial and commercial buildings, located on the historic grounds of the renowned ceramics producer Società Ceramica Richard Ginori.
Between 1996 and 1998, the buildings to the north-east of the complex were refurbished, while the remaining ones were renovated between 2002 and 2005. The surrounding area is characterized by clusters of light industrial units of similar scale.

This location now hosts the activities of WPP, the global leader in advertising and public relations. Conceived as a real WPP Village, the project brings together around 2,300 professionals from the multinational group’s various agencies — including Young & Rubicam, Gray, and Ogilvy — within a single, integrated campus.
The site also houses Landor, the agency specializing in brand and identity strategy.

967arch oversaw the project, site direction, and supervision, ensuring spatial coherence and functional integration across the 27,000-square-metre complex.
