Gruppo Florence Office

Office

In the heart of Milan’s fashion district, the new Gruppo Florence headquarters reflect the identity of an integrated platform of Italy’s finest manufacturing companies. Designed by 967arch, the project transforms a historic building on Via Manzoni into a space that embodies the Group’s core values: craftsmanship, innovation, and sustainability.

The architectural intervention balances heritage and contemporaneity, engaging in dialogue with the noble character of the existing structure through refined, purposeful materials and forms. Spread across two levels, the layout privileges fluidity and versatility. On the ground floor, facing the inner courtyard, the flexible gallery space hosts exhibitions, collections, and events—anchored by a sculptural, custom-designed steel staircase that becomes a visual and symbolic fulcrum of the project.

Upstairs, a suspended walkway connects the two operational wings overlooking the courtyard, housing offices, meeting rooms, and collaborative open-plan areas. The choice of materials—mirrored glass, matte metals, soft textiles, and wood—evokes the world of high-end manufacturing, offering a tactile and visual experience aligned with the identity of the Group. Custom-designed furniture and display elements echo the care and precision of Italian artisanal production, turning the headquarters into an immersive narrative of contemporary excellence.
