The historical offices of American Express in Rome have gone through a deep renovation plan that led to a reconfiguration of both the activities and of the location itself. All services related to standard credit card’s owners are fitted on the large ground floor area, with direct access from Piazza di Spagna. Customers are welcome into a comfortable waiting area and to web services thanks to a dedicated desk, while waiting to be served on the cashier desks. Upstairs, reachable through an access control, only high level credit card’s owners can be admitted. A large business lounge and dedicated staff help the customers that are also welcomed by a free cafeteria/aperitif area.
The soft combination between the historical building that host the offices and the contemporary aesthetic design choices is evident since the entrance door throughout the different area of the building.
