Space Planning
The space planning project for the Amplifon headquarters spans approximately 8,000 sqm, efficiently accommodating more than 300 people through a clearly organised system of seven main functional areas: reception, phone booths, offices, meeting rooms, informal meeting areas, break areas, and a restaurant.
The spatial distribution responds to the need to overcome a previously uneven and partly overcrowded layout, introducing a more balanced configuration between concentration, collaboration, and social interaction. Open office environments are complemented by formal and informal meeting spaces, acoustically controlled phone booths, and areas dedicated to individual work, supporting multiple modes of use throughout the working day.
Collective spaces, from break areas to the staff restaurant, play a central role in shaping an inclusive and relational workplace, while the reception and circulation paths are conceived as orientation devices and as expressions of corporate identity.
Integrated technologies, a recognisable colour palette, graphic elements, and custom-designed furniture enhance spatial legibility and translate brand values into everyday experience, transforming the headquarters into a contemporary, flexible environment focused on people’s wellbeing.
