The Accenture People Hub is located in the Milanofiori Nord Assago complex.
The new building, specifically built for the strategic consulting and management multinational company, is spread over 11 levels above ground, occupying a total area of about 32,000 square meters, and is structured to accommodate up to 3,800 employees, making it one of the largest structures in Europe for Accenture.

Inside the building, in addition to the work areas, there is a large double and triple-height hall that houses the reception, a cafeteria, training rooms, recruiting areas, the “people center”, an auditorium, a client area, as well as open-plan areas and dedicated rooms, thus defining a complex inhabited by a real micro-community, supported by staff services, pick-up office, infirmary, laundry, and changing rooms.

The main challenge was to transmit the fundamental values of the brand: innovation, hospitality, flexibility, and integration, through the creation of highly technological, multifunctional, and accessible space
