Torre SGR

Palazzo Bertoni is a building in milan, close to the historical charm of Brera district and San Marco, built in the bustling Milan of the late 1930s, of which it maintained the monumental entrance typical of the rationalist architecture of the period.

The project to convert the building into a residence, after a long time in which it was destined to the tertiary sector, has mantained the facades, respected the historical looks in the common parts and in the materials used, and has developed more than 30 apartments inside with cuts ranging from mono to multi roomed, renovated with fine finishes, equipped with automation technology.
