Una grossa multi nazionale del settore informatico aveva necessità di chiudere il contratto d’affitto con uno sviluppatore / costruttore realizzando un centro direzionale.
A tale scopo si è reso necessario uno studio sull’immobile per valutarne l’efficienza ed apportarne alcune modifiche per renderlo più fruibile e meglio riconfigurabile.
Si è studiata la modularità, la disposizione del core e dei servizi igienici, ideando anche dei bow-windows per ospitare sale riunioni dove il modulo non lo consentiva, ma lo space planning lo richiedeva.

Dal test fit è stato possibile stabilire la quantità di spazio necessaria all’azienda, includendo anche i parametri di crescita e le previsioni di sviluppo.

A large international software corporation had to close it lease with a developer/constructor and to form a new headquarter. For this reason it has been necessary study the premise to assess its efficiency and propose a number of changes in order to obtain a more usable and flexible building. The space was modified into a more modular one, the core and sanitary services were moved in a more efficient location and new bow-windows were created to host the meeting rooms where the shape of the building did not allow this but the space planning was demanding them.

From the test fit it has been possible to know the amount of space required by the company, including growth parameters and development forecasts.
